There are about 235,000 homeless people in Canada with 25,000 to 35,000 people experiencing homelessness on any given night. With rising housing costs, many of our neighbours are facing homelessness and require quality care, especially during the winter. They require quality care items including warm gloves, durable socks, lip balm, emergency blankets to help them withstand the harsh winter. By showing that we care and providing these items, not only do our neighbours feel more loved and seen but they are also able to save money, taking a step in the right direction towards a brighter future.
